THIS AGREEMENT is made on this the 20th day of March, Two Thousand
residing at A 43, Vipin Garden, Kakrola More, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, PIN:
referred to and called as the “Landlord” (which term shall unless excluded by

WHEREAS the other part has been inducted as a Tenant in respect of the double
room commercial premises for Office & Stay purpose situated at the ground
floor of A 43, Vipin Garden, Kakrola More, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, PIN:
1. That the Lessor of the said single room commercial premises for Office
& Stay purpose situated at the ground floor of A 43, Vipin Garden,
Kakrola More, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, PIN: 110059, and all fittings
within the 10th day of the every English Calendar month basis. The
parties that the same will be used and occupied on the following
conditions :-
a) The Landlord shall keep the Office premises in wind and watertight
condition.
b) Save and except as aforesaid the Tenant shall otherwise maintain and
preserve the property in good condition and order, protect the same
against moth and white ants, replace all broken fittings and fixtures by

paid by the Landlord, but all increased or additional taxes, if and when
