The study material: The material is printed. It includes the training material, plus many fully-worked examples, exercises
and practice exams. The material is fully comprehensive and you will not need any further books.
The cost: Either you do it all yourself (no access to us), or you can also pay for a 'helpline' via e-mail, which enables you
to contact us to discuss any questions or problems. The process is that you try the exercises yourself first. Then, if you
cannot understand the answer provided with the material, you tell us how you have tried to reach the correct answer. We
then reply, explaining what you are doing wrong.
The cost for the package, without the help line, varies by location, because of different courier costs: Dealing Certificate
from GBP 320 to GBP 375; Operations Certificate from GBP 220 to GBP 275; Diploma from GBP 460 to GBP 515.
The optional helpline costs GBP 300 for 3 months (Dealing Certificate or Operations Certificate) or GBP 300 for 6 months
(Diploma). The helpline can be added separately at a later date, rather than when you buy the basic package.
Classroom training
Structure and duration: The courses are very intensive and ‘workshop’ in style. Delegates work through extensive
examples and practice exams to ensure thorough preparation. The courses provide full documentation including all the
learning material, exercises and practice exams - no other books or material are needed. We also provide a free ‘help
line’: delegates can contact us at any time until they successfully pass the exam.
The cost: Courses are generally arranged in-house for client organisations. The cost is by agreement.

the exams to familiarize ourselves with what our delegates will experience.
Our training is predominantly classroom based with a post program online question bank being offered to the delegates.
The course material is constantly updated so that it remains current and relevant (to the syllabus changes as well as the
exams). Workshops are very practical. The underlying concept is explained and then the delegates are given a number of
questions on which they can test their grasp and understanding of the concept being discussed. We believe in the concept
of practice, practice, practice! There is always a component of self-study where the delegates will be expected to do
some work on their own. Our philosophy is that each person is responsible for their own growth and development.
FVFS prides itself in offering a ‘safe’ learning environment – safe to ask questions, safe to indicate a lack of understanding,
