    I think to protect intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, and
    trade secrets, designate the Department of Information and Communications Technology
    as the principal organization for ICT sector policy, planning, coordination, execution, and
    management, and guarantee the privacy of individuals' personal data in both public and
    private domains.
