▪ The client wanted to reduce the overall Turn Around Time (TAT) by improving
process efficiencies
▪ It also wanted to inculcate the best industry practices through technology and
equipment and define best SLAs’ for partners
Solution Overview
▪ Identified the pressure areas through a thorough assessment which included
interviewing the stakeholders, site visits and analysis of historical projects
▪ Based on the diagnostics, SOPs were developed for each stages and other
processes were enhanced through software implementation
▪ Built a dashboard for tracking each projects across stage and take corrective actions
to meet the TAT
