Terms & Conditions:
 General: The ‘acceptance’ of our offer deems to include the acceptance of our following terms and conditions
of sales.
 Price Basis: Quoted net each price is Ex-Raipur. Packing, freight, transit, insurance, taxes, duties, unloadingof
material at site etc. will be charged extra as per our offer.
 Packing & Insurance Charges: 3% & Insurance will be in your account
 Freight Charges: To Pay
 GST: Present rate of GST @18% (IGST 18% for Interstate OR 9% SGST+9%CGST for intrastate) from1st.of
Jan’2019, however, we shall charge extra as applicable at the time dispatch.
 Tax collected at source (TCS): Will be charges TCS in Invoice if Applicable as per Government Norms.
 Payment Term: 50% advance and balance against PI

 Delivery: 8-12 weeks.
 Inspection: In case of physical inspection by customer (or) Third party, additional inspection charges of 5% will
be applicable
 Insurance: This has to be arranged by the customer. We shall only advice the dispatch particulars.
 Freight: Materials would be dispatched on freight ‘To–Pay’ basis duly consigned to ‘SELF’ only through your
authorized transporter and request to provide name of your authorized transporter in order itself.
 Cancellation/Alteration: Order once placed is not subject to cancellation/alteration unless the purchaser
agrees to pay minimum 10% of the order values as incidental expenses in addition to evaluated cancellation
charges depending on status of any work, material procurement and manufacturing work already done.
 We request you to mention Bill to & Ship to address with GST number required in invoice in Purchase order. In
case GST exemption / Concessional rate to be applied we require supporting document as per government
notification along with PO only to proceed timely.
 Guarantee: Our Products /Parts carry a guarantee the satisfactory performance of above unit for a period of
12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of dispatch whichever is earlier. If
during this period any part or whole of the product is found defective due to faulty design, workmanship or
inferior quality of material, the same will be replaced / rectified free of cost, at our works. However, this
guarantee does not cover consequent loss or damages due to in process material at client's end, faulty
operation, lack of maintenance, improper storage, normal wear and tear. As this being a computer-
generated certificate, no signature required.
 Late Delivery: We do not accept PO with LD condition. If delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond normal
control of contractor, purchaser shall grant suitable extension in delivery period.
 Arbitration & Jurisdiction: Any dispute or difference arising between the parties in connection with the contract
order shall be referred to arbitration accordance with the provision of Indian Arbitration Act, 1940 or any
statutory modification or re-enactment thereof. Contract will be subjected to Raipur Jurisdiction.
 Offer Validity: Above Offer with Terms & Condition is valid Up to 20 Days from the date of Offer
