Authentication case
HDM Mismatch (Siebel View)

Customer must have HDM account matching his data of radius to avoid customer authentication case,
Customer CPE Serial number must be set on radius to be connected with HDM. And Radius to be
updated with the right NAS Port ID.
HDM trigger is the CPE hard reset, So any changes to be reflected and be triggered should be
followed by the reset. If you found line connected with HDM but has IP10 or internet down, please
start with the reset to restore the HDM & Radius right connection first.

1 From Devices page press New…

2 Then From Edit device page:-

> Enter line data:- ( Device type, Serial No., Subscriber Reference ID)

3 Ensure Enabled and Activated status to be Yes.

As mentioned before, HDM trigger is the hard reset. So after reset, HDM will match
4 Provisioning information with Radius data to be authenticated and configurated.

 HTTP Public : Serial No. + OUI


 PPPoE : Landline
 Connection Request : Serial No. + OUI
 All passwords : Radius password
 HDM Protocol: TR069 Landline
 OUI: 00E0FC Serial No.

To set parameter we have to choose the required


parameter and insert the required new value.

Setting Router Password:-

Then click Add (Don’t forget to select parameter name)
