• Manage and fulfil Manpower requirement of the factory


• Manage Security and Transport functions and ensure the optimal Security and Housekeeping of the Plant.

• Assist HRM to conduct Monthly Operational meetings in order to manage Union activities in the factory

• Coordinating worker level recruitment activities effectively and to ensure the most suitable person
and complying to set compliance standards and procedure.
