    Symptom

    Hand throttle lever function can't operate

    Possible Reason

    M 8 alarm code are appear we need to checked hand lever function. It may be
    abnormal function of hand throttle and disconnected of wire line.

    Action

    We checked around the machine and check all oil level and air cleaner condition. It was ok. Then we start the engine, after running 3-5 minute
    control panel appear M 8 alarm code. So we find alarm code operation in our manual. M 8 alarm definition are hand throttle lever function
    abnormal and wire line are disconnected. So we need to check hand throttle lever function.
    We dismounted the right side of operator cover and remove the hand throttle lever assembly. We found the wire line are cutoff, so we
    reconnected the wire line and checking the function. Troubleshooting are not smooth. So we dismounted the hand throttle lever socket and wire
    knob. We found throttle lever link are corrosion and damage. We repaired the lever link and it connected assembly. Operation function are
    smooth. After that we start the engine and testing hand lever function, operation are good condition.

    Suggestion

    Agrofarm 115 HP model are control of EECU for engine operation function and show engine failure code to IECU. We solve the problem , we can
    know engine failure code , so we troubleshoot easily. To solve the problem we understand the each of error code that they identify.After that
    customer safisfactied our service team.
