    Project TwoPager | EuroTeQaThon IV

    In preparation of the EuroTeQaThon every (selected) Collider team is asked to submit a TwoPager
    on their project according to the locally communicated deadline and procedure. This document will
    be used by the jury to complement the final presentation on Monday and have a good overview of
    all the different projects.

    I. Scope
    Can you clearly explain what problem you are tackling?
    What is the societal and environemental impact of this problem? Who/ what is touched by this
    issue? What makes this challenge a complex problem? Why hasn't it been solved already? What
    are the existing solutions and why are they not satisfactory?
    How do you solve it?
    To what extent does the solution resolve the problem(s)? connection Can you quantify the impact of
    your chosen solution and approach? How scalable is it to a European context?

    II. Relevance
    What value are you offering and for who?
    Which stakeholders will be (positively) affected by your solution? Which (part) of society, "only" the
    targeted population or can it go beyond? What makes your solution different/ novel compared to
    alternatives?
    To what extent does the idea/solution contribute to more sustainable futures?
    How does it contribute to the SDGs? What trade-offs are there in relation to the SDGs?

    III. Deployment
    Is it feasible and viable?
    What resources support the feasibilty of the idea? Is it technologically feasible? What is needed for
    the solution to be successful? What is your plan for deployment? To what extent are the required
    means available and what funding can be generated? Is it financially self-sustainable?
    Why you and how?
    What will be your status in the deployment? Why are you the right team/ person to realize and
    implement the solution, what qualities do you bring? What do you need to take the next step?
