1. Classifying melodies
Look at the melodies and draw a line linking the heads of the notes with the digital pencil. Write the
order in which you hear the melodies (1, 2, 3 and 4) and say which melody is pendulum, undulating,
ascending-descending and repeating.
Look at these rhythm patterns and notice the note duration and the position of the notes on the
staff. Play it on your carillon.
