GUILDED S1,EP1 I

INT. TAVERN. MID-DAY
Zoom out on Zeren Tavern, A local tavern on a dock by the

sea. Their is people chatting outside the tavern. We then zoom in
quickly onto the dock, the camera looks around quickly at the
people all chatting and eating on the tables outside the tavern.
We then focus on the door into the tavern and the camera
rushes inside. We travel around the tavern and eventually stop
at two men looking around the bar.
Time-stop:
You sure he definitely said here?
The other man (brick) looks around again before focusing

back on Time-Stop
Brick:
Yes, I’m sure.
A third guy (bullseye) walks up to the other two, carrying

three alcoholic drinks on a tray and sits down. He passes the
drinks along to them
Bullseye:
He still hasn’t arrived?
The others shake their heads
Bullseye:
Maybe we did get the wrong place..
Bullseye stands up and goes to walk away
Brick:
Wait. Please just give it a few more minutes. Please. He
should be here any minute now.
A bartender with a thick moustache. He approaches

the three of them.
Bartender:
Listen. You guys have been sat here for 2 hours now, I don’t
think the guy you have been waiting for is coming. Sorry to
break it to you but he’s probably not coming.
Brick:
No. He will come. Just-
Suddenly, a bang of smoke appears and the whole tavern is
covered with smoke. We close up on a mischievous grin amongst
the smoke and then zoom out to reveal a clown man (Jester)
grinning. He is wearing a buttoned shirt and suit pants. He
walks forward and looks around. He sees Brick and Time stop
waving at him, smiling
He Grins
Jester:
Hello, my friends.
TITLES
The screen is black for a split second before returning back to

the scene. The whole bar gasp as Jester walks through the bar
towards his friends. Jester is an escaped criminal who is barred
from all the taverns known around the area for his crazy acts.
The bartender runs in front of Jester to stop him getting Any
further.
Bartender:
Jester! I banned you from this tavern permanently! What in
Gods name are you doing here!?
Jester looks at him and grins
Jester:
I’m here to sort out business. So, move out my way before I
sucker punch you to Next bloody year!!
Jester pushes the bartender aside. He falls into the wall. Jester
laughs like a maniac at the sight of this
Jester:
Anyone else wanna try me?
The whole bar just looks away in silence
Jester:
Good.
He goes to find Time-stop, Brick And Bullseye
Bullseye stands up, waving excitedly
Bullseye:
How’s it going man?
Jester:
Sit down. We are here for business not a bloody tea party!
Bullseye sits down, dejected
Time-stop:
Hey. Don’t be so harsh on the new guy!
Jester:
Ugh. Fine. Anyway, who’s our next person?
Brick pulls a drawing of a person out of his pocket. It is very

detailed.
Brick:
His name’s James. Average dude really. Except for one thing.
The others look in confusion
Brick:
He’s apart of a pirate crew
Time stop slams his hand against the table in frustration
Time-stop:
How in the world are we meant to pull this one off!?
Jester:
Well, you can freeze time, brick is super strong and a great
distracter, and me? I just do what I do best.
Time-stop:
Your forgetting something…
Jester:
And What’s that?
Time stop:
I can only freeze time for 10 minutes…
Jester looks frustrated. He punches the wall
Jester:
DAMMIT! I forgot you are USELESS!
Time stop holds his fist up to indicate a fight
Time stop:
What did you say to me!? USELESS?! I HAVE DONE
MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER DO!!!
Jester merely giggles at this comment
Time stop’s face turns bright red
Time stop:
ARE YOU DOUBTING ME!?
Jester:
No.. but I just find it funny because your also new. I mean
you’ve only been here a year and you think your better than the
guy who put this organisation together. I hired you. And I can
fire you whenever I want. So go on. Keep screaming at me. And
watch what happens.
Time stop immediately sits back down
Time stop: (under breath)

Shut up..
Jester:
That’s what I thought.
(Brick looks at both of them)
Brick:
Are you finished?
Time stop and Jester give each other death stares but nod
Brick:
Thank you. Now, as I was saying, yes he is a pirate and yes,
you can only freeze time for 10 minutes but I, have found
something incredible..
(All look in Curiosity)
All except Brick:
