ACTIVITY PROPOSAL
Name of Activity: Mayor Bradly Bautista Invitational Volleyball League

Proponents: Municipal Mayor Bradly Bautista in collaboration with Sangguniang
Kabataan Federation and Malita Volleyball Club Inc.
Activity Duration: December 17-18, 2022
Activity Venue: ABC Gymnasium, Poblacion, Malita
Proposed Budget: 50,000
Budget Source: SK Federation Funds and Municipal Sports Development Fund
Objectives:
Enhancing the Development of Youth in the Field of Sports specifically Volleyball and to
enable them to become a law abiding citizen as they learn the true essence of
Sportsmanship and enhancing their skills in the field of Sports Activities.
Rationale:
Faced with the situation worsened by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Municipal Mayor
of Malita has committed to improving the community’s living conditions using sport. In
line with the vision of the municipality, this activity aims at sensitising the young and
reinforcing their health knowledge, youth athletes can develop skills like leadership,
responsibility, and teamwork, as well as gain a greater understanding of the value of
hard work through observation learning as the best of Region XI would showcase the
utilization of volleyball in general athleticism.
With the collaboration of Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and Malita Volleyball
Club Inc., this activity will highlight volleyball enthusiasts showcasing their impressive
skills and talents in this type of sport. With this initiative, potential athletes from this
municipality will emerge and develop and will represent the Municipality of Malita to any
athletic competitions in the entire nation.
Activity General Information:

Organizational Plan
The entire tournament will be spearheaded by the Malita Volleyball Club officers and
members. Delegation of tasks will be done by the Tournament Manager/MVC President.
MVC members who will work as Technical Officials are not allowed from playing in the
league.
Tournament Categories
Men’s Division - Invitational - Best of Region XI
Participating Teams:
The Mayor Bradly Bautista Invitational Volleyball League (MBVL) shall be

participated by the best teams and players in Region XI. Since this is the first
invitational volleyball tournament to be organized by the municipality of Malita with the
collaboration of Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and Malita Volleyball Club,
participating teams of
the activity shall be those who have champion titles bagged in different notable leagues
all over the region. Moreso, players shall be those who are notable award-winning varsity
players the region.
Team Requirements and eligibilitY:
In order to qualify and be recognized as a team, the following shall be considered;
A team shall be composed of;

Minimum of ten (10) maximum of twelve (12) players including one (1) or two (2) liberos.
one (1) Head Coach
one (1) Assistant Coach
one (1) Team Manager.
A team must have bagged a championship title award.

A team must also have a major sponsor who will register the team in the league and will
provide the uniforms/jerseys of all the players. The official uniform shall be used in the
entire league.
Only the registered players will be allowed to take warm-up in the court. As the game
starts, the coach, asst. coach and team manager, will be the only team officials left on
the player’s bench.
A team shall have a recognized logo which will be submitted to the league staff to be
used for game scheduling. Team logo shall also be printed in players’ uniform.
Player Requirements
All players shall secure the following a week before the start of the league;

Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
Photocopy of Vaccination Card (fully-vaccinated is required)

Monitoring and Evaluation
A documentation team will be headed by selected MVC members. Evaluation forms and
suggestion sheets shall be disseminated and be filled up by attending participants. The
said form will be the basis for the summary report to be prepared by the coordinating
team.
