The Person’s with Disability Action Office (PDAO) of Mambusao has been operating to help
provide the primary needs of the Person’s with Disability. We have 843 PWDs issued with PWD ID as of
September 2020. We have lots of activities conducted to develop PWDs talents and skills to help them
become more productive.

In this regard, we would like to solicit from your good office a portable sound system to facilitate
a more effective conduct of these activities.
