4. Procedure
4.1 Introductory Students work in groups. They will list down the benefits of
Activity brainstorming.
4.2 Activity Each group of five is tasked to creare their own graphic organizer..
They present it in front of the class.

4.3 Analysis The teacher asks the following questions.


1. How do you organize information?
2. How do you select important details from the text?

4.4 Abstraction Students are given strips of words in their groups. They have to
arrange the words to come up with a comprehensive text.
4.5 Application Students make a SWOT analysis for assessing the strength of their
school organization.
4.6 Assessment With the same group, students identify the country’s most pressing
problem. They present the result of their brainstorming to the whole
class.

4.7 Assignment Each group is tasked to cascade what they have learned to a group
of students who are identified with poor scores in the achievement
test. They brainstorm with their group how to share effectively their
understanding.
4.8 Wrap-up “Through reading, we can travel to places we’ve never been as our
imagination flies anywhere.”

1. Remarks Indicate below special cases including but not limited to continuation of lesson plan to the following day
in case of re-teaching or lack of time, transfer of lesson to the following day, in cases of class suspension,
etc.
2. Reflections Reflect on your teaching and assess yourself as a teacher. Think about your student’s progress this week.

instructional supervisors can provide for you so when you meet them, you can ask them relevant
