    It is hereby going to inform you all Athletes that, there is Colour Belt Test scheduled to conduct as per OTA rules as
    follows.

    Program Details:
    - Venue : Govt. High School, Uditnagar
    - Date : 28.04.2024
    - Time : 07.00AM

    Grade Syllabus Fees


    White to Yellow Teaguek 1, Exercise, Leg Techniques, Hand Techniques and Push up 850/-
    Yellow to Green Taeguek 1 & 2, Exercise, Leg Techniques, Hand Techniques and Push up 850/-
    Green to Green 1 Taeguek 1, 2, & 3, Exercise, Leg Techniques, Hand Techniques and Push up 900/-
    Green 1 to Blue Taeguek 1, 2, 3 & 4 Exercise, Leg Techniques, Hand Techniques, Board 900/-
    Breaking, Push up and Sit up
    Blue to Blue 1 Taeguek 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 Exercise, Leg Techniques, Hand Techniques, Board 950/-
    Breaking, Push up and Sit up
    Blue 1 to Red Taeguek 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6, Exercise, Leg Techniques, Hand Techniques, Board 1000/-
    Breaking and Push up and Sit up
    Red to Red 1 Taeguek 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6, Exercise, Leg Techniques, Hand Techniques, Board 1100/-
    Breaking, Self-Defense and all Endurance Techniques
    Black Belt Only for Red 1 Athletes, It will be informed after State Circular. --
    ** All Fees are fixed by OTA including Taekwondo Belt, State Fee, District Fee, Observer Charges and Official Services.

    1) Appication Form (Available at Institute Instructor)
    2) Birth Proof
    3) 2 Photographs PP size
    4) OTA ID no. (Available at OTA website) “www.odishataekwondo.com”
    5) Application Fee (mentioned in above table

    Note:
    - Athletes need to submit the form, required Document and fee within the due time, i.e. 28.04.2024
    - Athletes need to put on regular White Taekwondo Uniform and current Belt.
    - Birth Proof, OTA ID is mandatory to participate.

    Hence, athletes are requested to attend on time with best preparation to appear your desired grade.
