This position involves volume and bespoke recruitment for a variety of positions from
Consultant to Director level at over 200 locations throughout the UK.
Our process is built around a bespoke selection process and includes SHL tests,
telephone interviews, sales call role plays and competency interviews.

I am an experienced recruiter, that has worked within the Internal Recruitment team at
REED for over 3 years.
I manage the end-to-end recruitment for Reed Talent Solutions, a key part of the Reed
group of companies, which exists to win, develop and retain profitable, long term and
complex resourcing contracts with clients in the Private and Public Sectors in the UK.

Looking after the recruitment for both new contract wins as well as for Reed's long term
and high profile accounts, including the largest Managed Service Contract in Europe.
Also part of the role involved looking after the recruitment for our Central Support
Teams based in Northampton and London, including; Marketing, Finance, Learning and
Development, Credit Control, I.T, HR and Internal Recruitment
• Experience of recruiting into the Welfare to Work Sector
• Actively search for candidates who have the skills, knowledge and experience to meet
the needs of the client's vacancies using headhunting and candidate sourcing databases
• Pro-actively contact candidates to discuss with them their career aspirations, skills and
experience and match these with the requirements of available roles
• Fully prepare candidates prior to submitting them for vacancies and manage their
expectations around the role and the recruitment process
• Demonstrate service excellence in all interactions with candidates and act as an
ambassador for Reed Consulting when dealing with any external parties involved in
outsourced projects
• Where possible, find solutions to issues, consider the strengths and weaknesses of
these and implement an appropriate solution, seeking advice from others when
necessary
• Pro-actively seek to continuously develop processes, procedures and systems to
ensure that the outsourced recruitment service consistently meets the needs of client
organizations
• Liaise with the client on a day-to-day basis to ensure that their recruitment
requirements are received, authorized and understood
• Negotiating on salaries at offer stage
• Conducting Competency Based telephone interviews
• Putting candidates through various stages of testing.
• Arranging interviews and Assessment Centre - providing feedback to unsuccessful
candidates.
• Producing candidate literature to assist with interview process.
• Carrying out DBS/DS and reference checks as part of offer process.
• Managing external agencies/ suppliers on our PSL• Experience of recruiting into the
