    remark on the project:


    A total of 108 villas which faces golf course are to be built 10 condos which face the
    golf course which has a flexible design and open design which can be modified.Vilas
    with lift and without lift are done which can be changed according to the
    clients decision

    observations:
    Systematic planning process were observed by the client Architect and the
    MEP people.
    Could understand how a base of plumbing electrical pipes and levels are
    incorporated with the design. And how it is planned and execution.
    Understood how overall planning is done in a large site with the natural slope
    and decision are made
    Use of natural contour for drains and sewage where observed

    To finalise the decision of design and meeting with vendors, correcting the heights
    of duct and openings

    ongoing stage:
    Ducts and ceilings were done ,painting and putty works were going on. Small patch
    works and flooring where being done

    Two already existing commercial buildings were amalgamated into a single building
    and interiors were done for the hospital

    observations:
    As it was two different buildings, the joining between the buildings were done in
    steel structure
    Heights while joining were not equal at pre-floor heads space was different in
    different floors
    AC ducks. It’s a used chillers for operations were installed. Could study about
    that.
    Wall paintings, leg of bathrooms were done
    Terrace roof was done with structural steel puff sheets
    Floors were levelled with Motor mixed with thermocol to reduce the
    weight of the building
