    Pada surat di atas, tanggal yang ditulis adalah July 21, 2021. Namun,
    format penulisan tanggal yang benar seharusnya adalah 21 July 2021.

    Pada kalimat "Thank u for your letter of 4 july inquiring about our latest
    catalogue, price list, and terms of payment?", terdapat kesalahan dalam
    penulisan tanda baca. Seharusnya, kalimat tersebut ditulis dengan tanda
    baca yang benar, yaitu "Thank you for your letter of 4 July inquiring
    about our latest catalogue, price list, and terms of payment."

    Pada kalimat "We hope you will find our prices n terms satisfactory,"
    terdapat kesalahan dalam penulisan kata. Seharusnya, kata "n"
    seharusnya ditulis sebagai "and" untuk memperjelas arti kalimat. Oleh
    karena itu, kalimat tersebut seharusnya ditulis sebagai "We hope you
    will find our prices and terms satisfactory.
    3. Anda baru saja membeli biskuit secara online dan menerima produk yang
    kedaluwarsa. Tulislah sebuah surat singkat sebanyak kurang lebih 100-200 kata
    yang menyatakan kekecewaan Anda dan bahwa Anda meminta produk
