    We are happy to inform you that our School, Pangasinan National High School is one
    of the Schools in the Region known for its progressive SPORTS PROGRAM. In line
    with this, SCHOOL SPORTS CLUB is one of the project of DepED encouraging
    students to hone their athletic skills of our Leaners.

    In this regard, we would like to inform you that ____________________your student


    passed the recently concluded try-outs and chosen to be representing our school in
    the upcoming DepED meet 2023. As member of the Sports Club he/she is
    encouraged to attend trainings every 4:00-5:00 in the afternoon

    According to DepED order no.003,s.2023 regarding the “no disruption of classes


    during class hours“ we are requesting our dear teachers to allow our student
    __________________to take his/her class in the morning to strictly follow the above
    mentioned DepED order while he/she is attending trainings in the afternoon.
