    license (commercial/operational license) in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.

    4. Online Single Submission (OSS) Agency is authorized to rectify the status on the API-U or API-P
    corresponds to the characteristics of Business Actor (individual/non-individual). The effectiveness of API in
    accordance with standards established by the Ministry of Trade.

    5. All data set out in Business Registration Number (NIB) can change according to the progress of its business
    activity.

    6. If inaccuracies are found in this Decision at a later date, correction will be made accordingly.
