    Prepare a working model and project file any of the topics given in the syllabus.
    Steps involved in the conduction of the project.

    INVESTIGATORY PROJECT
    Guidelines
     Select any one of the topics from the mentioned list of projects in the syllabus.
     Do internet research and watch YouTube videos on rellevant topic
     First page has to carry the information like project name, subject name and session
     Starting from first page to conclading page, every related information should be presented in order.
     Investigatory project must be supported with relevant pictures of the experiments performed
    (wherever required)
     Bibliography to be included.
    Few suggested Projects-
     Study of the presence of oxalate ions in guava fruit at different stages of ripening.
     Study the quantity of casein present in different samples of milk.
     Preparation of soybean milk and its comparison with natural milk with respect to curd formation, the
    effect of temperature, etc
     Study of the effect of Potassium Bisulphate as a food preservative under various conditions
    temperature, concentration, time, etc)
     Study of digestion of starch by salivary amylase and effect of pil and temperature on it.
     Comparative study of the rate of fermentation of the following materials: wheat flour, gram flour,
    potato juice, carrot juice, etc. Extraction of essential oils present in Saunf (aniseed), Ajwain (carum),
    laichi (cardamom).
     Study of common food adulterants in fat, oil, butter, sugar, turmeric power, chilli powder and pepper.

    Dear students you are supposed to write three lab activities (objective mentioned below) on separate

    Activity – 1: To verify that the relation R in the set L of all lines in a plane, defined by R = {(l, m): l ⊥ m} is
    symmetric but neither reflexive nor transitive.
    Activity – 2: To demonstrate a function which is not one-one but is onto.
    Activity – 3: To draw the graph of 1 sin-1 x using the graph of sin x and demonstrate the concept of
    mirror reflection (about the line y = x).
