814142, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare on oath as

1. That I am the one of the relative of accused namely Agam
Barnwal s/o Sh. Suryanarayan Barnwal R/o House No. 04
ward no.9 Jasidih, Deoghar, Jharkhand- 814142, who was
arrested by the police on 18.02.2023 in FIR no.0132/2022
u/s 420 IPC, cyber cell Dwarka police station and has been
sent to judicial custody on 22.02.2023.

2. The accused may kindly be allowed to connect/call to his


family members on the contact no. 8102508075registered
in the name of me. Copy of bill and Adhar card is attached
herewith.

3. That it is my true and correct statement.
