Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 of the European
Parliament that all wastewater treatment

Technology

Wastewater treatment tanks are treated

biologically. The biological treatment method is
based on the ability of bacteria to feed on various
organic and mineral matter found in the
wastewater. The living activity of the bacteria
without nutrients also requires oxygen, so an air
blower is installed.

Purification process

The wastewater enters the receiving basket, which is intended

for the separation of mechanical impurities. The wastewater then
passes to the anaerobic fermentation zone, where it mixes with
the activated sludge, which rises from the secondary air settling
tank and flows to the denitrification zone, where the
denitrification process is carried out.
The wastewater then flows to the aeration zone. The aeration
process is carried out through membrane-type diffusers, which
are located in the lower part of this zone and help to keep the
sludge in suspension.
The air is supplied to the device by means of an air blower, which
constitutes the electrical part of the purification device.
