Suggestion for executing the project for WEB DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

1. Divide students into 4 persons team.


2. Giving out assignment Proposal report.
3. Focusing on 5 major language – HTML, PHP, SQL, JAVASCRIPT, CSS
4. Keep checking for students’ progress every week during lab session

4. For Android user please install AI2 COMPANION from google store to display the result of the applications.
5. For iOS user most probably need to use simulator to run the applications.

The proposal of the respective systems should be between 10-15 pages using Arial 11pt, excluding the appendix
and single spacing. The content structure is as follow:

1. Introduction / Background
In this section students may introduce the proposed company’s name and logo. You may also describe the main
idea of your web application project and explain how you get the idea.
2. Project Background
In this section, briefly explain your idea about your group’s web application project. Discuss on the following
topics:
a. The synopsis
b. The functional requirement of your web application
c. Why do you want to deliver the message to the audience?
d. The impact of the web application to the targeted audience
e. How do you plan to deliver the product (web application) to the audience? (CD/DVD, Internet etc.).

Describe the flow of your web application.

Who are your targeted customers?

Each of you need to create a mobile application that incorporates data processing (calculation), TinyDB
database management, and pertinent content to the application's goals.

Example : The proposed development of a mobile phone app by the Computer Science department would
serve many perceived needs across campus. Students require additional ways to keep in touch while on
the go with campus events, news alerts, accessing campus directories and maps, and many other features.
The development of a mobile phone app would also serve the Computer Science class by providing them
real-world opportunities to develop marketable skills in mobile app development.

Idea: To do List task app, event management app, weight management app, healthy food app.
