PROGRAMMABLE XMTE / G-7000:

IMPORTANT: DURING RE-SETTING PROCESS YOU WILL HAVE ONLY 20-30 SECONDS TO
INSERT/CHANGE EACH PARAMETER ON THIS CONTROLLER BEFORE IT WILL BACK TO ITS OROGINAL
STATE. IF YOU'LL MISS THIS TIME - DO NOT WORRY BECAUSE THIS CONTROLLER WILL
AUTOMATICALLY SAVE ALL NEW PARAMETERS. TO GO AHEAD WITH RE-SETTING JUST START THE RE-
SETTING PROCESS AGAIN:

LOIN AVEC LE RÉINITIALISATION, COMMENCEZ À NOUVEAU LE PROCESSUS DE RÉINITIALISATION:

For avoiding heating up your kiln during the re-setting process press "^" button continuously for 3
seconds to see on the bottom line of screen "SToP" sign.

Pour éviter de chauffer votre four pendant le processus de re-réglage, appuyez sur le bouton "^" de
façon continue pendant 3 secondes pour voir sur la ligne inférieure de l'écran "SToP" signe.

YOUR PROGRAM:

VOTRE PROGRAMME:

SAMPLE: From basic temperature of 20 C ramp up to 500 C in 5 hours (300 minutes), hold 500
C for 1 minute. Than ramp up to 900 C in two hours (120 minutes), hold 900 C for 1 minute. Than
ramp up to 1000 C in one hour (60 minutes), hold 1000 C for 10 nminute and ramp down to 20 C in 3
hours (180 minutes). Snd stop the program as soon as it will cooled down to 20 C.

1 short-press on SET button to see on top line "C-01" (C=Celsius. 01 - segment number) and on
bottom line 4 flashing digits, than

2 insert room temperature (start point), for example "0020" (20 degrees) and press SET to go
to next step "r-01" (r=T=time), than

3 insert TIME required for reaching 500 C. For example 0300 (300 minutes) and press SET
again to go to next step C-02, than

4 insert required temperature 0500 (500 C) and press SET to go to step "r-02" to preset a
soaking time of "0001" (1 minute), than
5 press SET again to go to step "C-03" and for confirming the required soaking temperature -
"0500", than

6 go to "r-03" to insert TIME required for reaching next required temperature of 900 C. Insert
0120 (120 minutes = 2 hours) and press SET again to go to next step C-04, than

7 insert the required temperature 0900 and press SET to go to step "r-04" to preset a soaking
time of "0001" (1 minutes ), than

8 press SET again to go to step "C-05" and for confirming the required soaking temperature -
"0900", than

9 insert TIME required for reaching 1000 C. For example 0060 (60 minutes) and press SET
again to go to next step "C-06", than

10 insert required temperature 1000 (1000 C) and press SET to go to step "r-06" to preset a
soaking time of "0010" (10 minute), than

11 press SET again to go to step "C-07" and for confirming the required soaking temperature -
"1000", than

12 go to "r-07" to insert TIME required for cooling your kiln down to room temperature of 20C.
Insert "0180" (180 minutes = 3 hours) and press SET again to go to next step "C-08", than

13 insert the required temperature "0020" (20 C) and press SET to go to last step "r-08" for
stopping your program by inserting "0000".

14 Press SET last time to remember the new setting or just release the controller - it will
remember the setting after about 20 seconds automatically.

Now you need continuously (3 seconds) pressing on "arrow down" button to see on display "RUN"
or "0020": your kiln now is ready to work and starts heating up...
