DP-43/63 Hitech CR IV Program Instructions

This program board does not operate by parameters, but by segments. A segment
includes the ramp time, temperature, soak time, and wait time; whereas a parameter is
only a ramp temperature, ramp time, soak temperature, or soak time. There a total of 16
maximum segments to be used for the programs in the DP-43

1. Turn power on. In standby mode, press MODE.

2. Use UP & DOWN arrows to go to PROG (program). Press ENTER.

3. PR1 will appear. Press ENTER.

4. RT will be shown at the bottom. RT stands for RAMP TIME. This is the speed you wish
the ramp to go. STEP is blinking. This is the maximum speed. You can change it
buy pressing the UP and DOWN button. Press ENTER at STEP to keep it at the
maximum speed.

5. RL will be shown at the bottom. RL stands for RAMP LEVEL. This is your target
temperature. The number next to RL indicates which program segment it is for.
Use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to set the temperature which you want to
ramp up to. Press ENTER.

6. HOLD will be displayed. ST will be shown at the bottom. ST stands for SOAK time.
This is the amount of time you would like your target temperature to settle for. Use
the UP and DOWN arrows to enter the time you want the set temperature to
settle for. If you would like the program to run the temperature continuously, press
ENTER when display shows HOLD.

7. WT will be shown at the bottom. WT stands for WAIT TIME. This is if you would like to
wait for the temperature to stabilize, even if the preset time may takeover before
the preset temperature takes place. Choose ON or OFF with the arrow buttons.
ON if you would like to wait; or OFF if you would like the time to take over. Press
ENTER. The first segment will be programmed and the next segment will take
place.

8. Enter the next segment with the previous instructions. If you would like to repeat
the same previous segment, use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to scroll to REP
for repeat. The previous program number will show up. Press ENTER to repeat the
previous segment, or use the arrow buttons to scroll back to more previous
segments if more than one has been entered. If you would like to end the
program setup, press ENTER until RT is displayed. Press ESCAPE to END. Press ENTER
to finish.

9. To run a set program, press the MENU button when on standby, or during a fixed
temperature heating cycle. Press MENU until the PROGRAM LED displays. The
program number will blink. Press ENTER to select, or use the arrow buttons to scroll
through other set program numbers. Set INTL time to 00:00 to begin immediately,
or enter the time (for CLOK) to begin immediately. Press and hold down ENTER to
begin the program.
