Uso del ever, never, already, yet en el presente simple

Ever : Los adverbios "ever" y "never" se refieren a un tiempo no identificado, anterior


al presente (Have you ever visited Berlin?). "Ever" y "never" siempre se colocan antes
del verbo principal (en "past participle"). "Ever" se utiliza:En preguntas

Has she ever met the Prime Minister?
En preguntas negativas

Haven't they ever been to Europe?
Haven't you ever eaten Chinese food?
En oraciones negativas con "nothing+ever" o "nobody+ever"

Explicación: Just normalmente se usa con el presente perfecto. Se suele usar para
expresar un momento que ha ocurrido hace poco tiempo. Es equivalente en español
a acabar de + infinitivo.
Posición: Simplemente colocamos just entre has/have y el participio del verbo en
pasado.
Ejemplos:

 I have just eaten. – Recién he comido.


 Maria has just called the candidate. – María acaba de llamar al candidato.
 Where is the boss? – ¿Donde está el jefe?
 He has just left. – Acaba de irse.
 I’ve just walked the dog.

Explicación: Already se usa para decir que algo ha ocurrido hace poco tiempo o antes
de tiempo. También lo usamos con el presente perfecto. Normalmente se utiliza en
frases positivas. En español already equivale a ya.
Posición: ‘Already´ normalmente va en una posición media.
Ejemplos:
 I have already finished my homework – Ya he acabado mis deberes
 Oh, I have already seen that movie! – Oh, ya he visto esa película.
 June has already arrived home. – June ya ha llegado a casa.
 I´m only 10 years old and I´ve already visited 5 different countries.
 I’ve already finished my homework. Now I can watch tv.
 We´ve missed the train. It´s already What are we going to do?
Yet
Explicación: Yet se suele usar para hablar sobre algo que estamos esperando que
ocurra. Tiene el significado de ‘en cualquier momento puede ocurrir’. Se usa también
con el presente perfecto. Se utiliza en preguntas y frases con entonación negativa.
En las frases negativas significa todavía.
 I haven´t finished my homework yet.
Sin embargo, en las preguntas yet significa ya.
 Have you finished your homework yet?
Posición: Yet normalmente se coloca al final de la frase.
Ejemplos:
 I haven’t finished my homework yet – No he acabado mis deberes todavía.
 She hasn’t found her book yet, but I’m sure she will. — Aún no ha encontrado
su libro, pero estoy convencida que lo hará.
 He hasn’t said anything unpleasant… yet. — No ha dicho nada desagradable…
