The candidates shall apply for direct admission course from 26-04-2024 onwards and
shall contact on the official e-mail I.D. (mentioned in admission form) of the respective
department Head to fulfill the provisional admission process. To Lock the Seat
candidate has to submit a fee of Rs. 5,500/- (Five thousand five hundred only). It shall
be adjusted against course fee after admission confirmation.
Note : The candidate is strongly advised to go through Information Guidelines carefully before filling up Form.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1 Bundelkhand University shall conduct admission to various courses/subjects through Entrance Test and Direct
Admission in its campus and affiliated colleges for the session 2024-25, as specified (along with their
numerical codes) in TABLE I & TABLE II mentioned below.
Admissions shall be made according to Rank of candidate (In case of course/subject in ET category, Table (I) )
and as per marks in eligibility exam (if course/subject in DA category / Table II), subject to fulfilling the
eligibility requirements and availability of seat in the particular course for which the candidate has applied and
appeared.
2 The admission shall be made only as per the published scheme. No changes shall be made in this scheme on
the ground that the candidate's qualifying examination result is not declared, or no mark sheet has been
issued to the candidate, or the candidate has to appear in supplementary examination, etc. However, the
University reserves the right to change the dates of Entrance Test or Admission, if confronted with any special
circumstances. A candidate who fails to be present for counseling of admission on the date fixed by the
University will forfeit his/her claim.
3 It shall be the duty of the applicant to produce the prescribed/desired documents for admission. In case of
non-production of the desired documents, his/her claim for admission will automatically stand cancelled. The
information regarding the desired documents is published in this Information Guidelines and any additional
information will be published from time to time.
4 The applicant is advised to remain vigilant in collecting information published by the University regarding
Entrance Test, its results and other such details from relevant sources. The University shall not be
responsible if the applicant fails to collect such information.
5 Candidates for the M.Sc. Entrance Test may indicate on the Form their choice for admission either in two
subjects in which they have appeared at the B.Sc. Part III Examination or in their (single) main subject at the
B.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.) Examination.

^ Candidates applying for M.Ed. should have passed B.Ed./L.T./B.El.Ed. with 50% marks in aggregate
on the date of application.
6. Admission to B.Tech (Computer Science & Electronic & Communication) courses shall be done through
State Level Entrance Test conducted by APJAKTU (Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow
only. In case of vacant seats after APJAKTU counseling, B.U. shall admit candidates to these courses as
per norms.
7. Admission to B.Arch shall be done through APJAKTU/NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).
NOTE: Before submitting the Form, the candidate should ensure that his/her candidature is consistent with the rules,
eligibility, etc.
MODE OF THE ENTRANCE TEST
1 The Entrance Test for admission to various courses for the session 2024-25, as specified in Table I,
shall be conducted at Jhansi, Gwalior, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Chhatarpur, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Varanasi,
Sagar & Ghaziabad centers. However, University reserves all rights to cancel any centre on the basis
of number of applicants.
2 The applicant can opt for more than one course (up to a maximum of 5) based on his/her
qualification and Eligibility .
3 In case candidate has selected a course/subject as 1st preference which is being offered at multiple
places (in campus and Affiliated colleges OR in Affiliated colleges only), he/she will have
compulsorily to fill his/her preference/choice of Institute/College in given column during filling of
online form.
4 The applicant will appear in the Entrance Test for the course at 1st priority.
5 Merit of the applicant may be prepared for courses opted in 2 nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th priority based on
entrance mark.
Entrance Test Paper
6 Each candidate is required to fill up the OMR sheet carefully. The paper code mentioned in the
Question Booklet and the OMR Sheet for Section B is to be carefully filled failing which the candidate
shall be disqualified. (Please refer Table III for Paper Code).
7 The time duration of the Entrance Test -2024 shall be of two hours for all the courses. Additional 15
minutes shall be given for the distribution of booklets and filling up the entries on the cover page of
the answer booklet of each subject.
8 The question paper shall consist of 100 questions divided into TWO sections, A and B. Each section
shall consist of 50 questions. A candidate is required to attempt both the sections.

9 Both the sections shall consist of multiple choice questions. Each of theses questions shall have four options
out of which only ONE option shall be correct. A candidate has to select the correct option and fill the
corresponding number in the Answer Sheet against the question in a way that the letter inside the circle is not
visible. The candidate shall have to blacken the relevant circle with ball point pen to indicate the same. BLACK
BALL POINT PEN SHOULD BE USED FOR BLACKENING THE CIRCLES ON THE ANSWER SHEET.
10 Correcting fluid should not be used.
11 Candidates are not permitted to carry paper, mobile phone or any other type of gadget for communication in
the examination hall/room
12 Nothing should be written on the Question Booklet except the Roll No.
13 The candidates should ensure that the answer sheet is not folded or damaged and there are no stray marks on
the answer sheet.
14 On completion of the test, the candidates MUST HAND OVER THE ANSWER SHEET TO THE INVIGILATOR in the
room/hall.
15 The candidate has to bring his/her admit card compulsorily in order to appear in the Entrance test. If a
candidate fails to bring the admit card he/she shall not be allowed to appear in the Entrance Test.

INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO THE ADMISSION TEST AND ONLINE ADMISSION FORM
1 Detailed information on courses being taught and eligibility for admission is available on the University
website www.bujhansi.ac.in as well as in the Information Guidelines 2024-25.
2 Application Form shall be filled online only. To submit application form online, the applicant should visit the
University website www.bujhansi.ac.in and fill the form carefully. Applicants are required to fill their own
contact no. and e-mail I.D., so that they can be approached properly for further communication.
3 Registration fee for Online Application Form shall be submitted online through SBI net banking or through
ATM/Debit/Credit Card of any nationalized bank. For online fee submission, additional bank charges have to
be paid. Applicants are advised to note down the Unique ID, BU Reference No., Bank Reference No./
Transaction ID and Application ID for any future communication with the University. After the fee
submission, applicants shall be redirected to the University website where options for printing admission form
and fee receipt shall be given. Printout of the pay-in-slip of SBI along with the print out of the application form
is to be taken by the applicant and keep with them for future reference.
4 Candidates are not required to send print out of filled form of ET/DA course to Bundelkhand University.
The candidate shall download their admit card for the entrance test from the university website i.e.
(bujhansi.ac.in).
5 University reserves the right not to start any course, if adequate number of applicants is not available.
6 The candidates appearing in the qualifying examination/awaiting result may also apply for admission.
However, they will be considered for provisional admission only. THIS CONDITION IS NOT APPLICABLE TO
CANDIDATE APPLYING for M.Ed. COURSE.
7 University reserves all the rights regarding admission to various courses.
8 University reserves the right not to conduct Entrance Test of any course where adequate number of
applications is not available. In such case, admissions to that course shall be done directly on the basis of
merit.
9 The candidate is solely responsible for all the entries in online form filling. If the candidate conceals or
misrepresents any fact in the entries during online form filling, his/ her candidature shall automatically stand
cancelled and he/ she shall deemed to be debarred from the present and future admissions in the
Bundelkhand University.
10 Entries made by the candidate in the Form shall be considered final, and no subsequent request for change(s)
or modification(s) in the same shall be entertained.
Note: 1. The applicant is advised to check his/her eligibility before giving his/her priority.
2. The applicant will appear in the Entrance Test of the Course in 1 st Priority. Merit of the applicant
may be prepared for courses opted in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th priority based on Entrance Test marks.
