MINI PROJECT PROBLEM STATEMENTS

1) A “HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM’’ is a computerized management system.


This management system has been developed to form whole management system
including Employees, Doctors (consultants), Nurses, Patients, Bills, and Complains etc.
This system also keeps the records of hardware assets besides software of this
organization. The proposed system will keep a track of Employees, Doctors, Patients,
Accounts and generation of report regarding the present status. This project has GUI
based software that will help in storing, updating and retrieving the information through
various user-friendly menu-driven modules. The project “Hospital Management System”
is aimed to develop to maintain the day-to-day state of admission/discharge of Patients,
List of Doctors (Consultants), List of medicines, Bills etc.

2) Design an attractive webpage for an online food delivery system using HTML and CSS,
craft a user-friendly interface with navigation, engaging content sections, and responsive
design to enhance the overall dining experience. Also add the basic pages “Home,”
“About,” “Menu,” and “Contact Us,” featuring the company logo “Online Food Shop”.

3) Develop web based College Admission Management System. Implement JavaScript


validation to check that all fields are filled out correctly before submission.

 Check for empty fields.


 Validate email format.
 Ensure phone number contains only digits and has a specific length.
 Validate password strength (e.g., minimum length, contains a mix of characters).
4) Develop an e-commerce site that includes Login page, shipping details, payment
information, and order summary.
 Validate shipping address fields.
 Ensure payment information (credit card number, expiry date, CVV) is in the
correct format.
 Validate promo code format and check against a predefined list of valid codes.
 Use color indicators (red for invalid, green for valid)
5) Develop web based online Examination System. The purpose of on-line test simulator is
to take online test in an efficient manner and no time wasting for checking the paper. The
main objective of on-line test simulator is to efficiently evaluate the candidate thoroughly
through a fully automated system that not only saves lot of time but also gives fast results.
6) Develop Student Result Management System. The students will have a smart
management of their results and will be able to keep track of their progress with an ease
of access, from anywhere, anytime and any device that has an internet connection, and
just by entering their respective credentials provided by the institution, the students could
easily access and print them.
7) Develop customer relationship management system.

8) Create a system to manage library books, users, and borrowing activities using PHP and
MySQL.

o Admin panel to manage books and users.

o MySQL database to store book inventory and user records.

9) Create a system to manage events, including event creation, registration, and attendance
tracking.
o Admin panel to create and manage events.
o User registration for events.
o Attendance tracking.
o MySQL database to store event details and user registrations.

10) Develop a web-based Recruitment Portal System.

The recruitment portal should provide the following features to the job seekers:
i) Register - Register to the website with all his/ her information.
ii)Search Job - Search the posted jobs based on specific criteria such as location, type of
employment, and skill set.
iii)Resume Upload -Upload his/her resume.
iv)Apply for Job - Apply for particular Job.
v)Update Resume - Update or delete his/her resume that was posted for a specific job.
vi)Update Personal Information - Update personal information.
vii)View Status - Provision to view the applied jobs.
The recruitment portal should provide the following features to the HR:
i)Post Requirement – Post the job(s) and its requirements
ii)Close Requirement – Close requirement.
iii)Change Password - Change his/her password.
iv) Match Requirement - View all the job seekers who match specific job requirements.
vi) Select candidates based on requirement and initiate interview

11) Create a polling system where users can vote on various polls and see results.

o User authentication.
o Create and manage polls.
o Vote on polls and view results.
o MySQL database to store polls and votes.

12) Develop Reservation system for Friendly Hotel.

13) Build a platform where users can share, view, and rate recipes.

o User authentication.
o CRUD operations for recipes.
o Rating and commenting on recipes.
o MySQL database to store recipe information and user interactions.

14) Develop an Online Cinema Ticket Booking systems. Movie ticket booking system that
enables customers to book seats to the screening movies and allows them to view their
bookings and invoices. The admin can customize prices and update movies and also keep
track of the customer bookings.
