University of Postgraduate Education of Health Workers of the Republic of
Tajikistan, and 3 Center specialists were trained in the Russian Federation. The
support of development partners is needed in this regard.

(UNICEF) provided materials on folic acid in the amount of 350 thousand units
(each 100 tablets) and Sprinkles (1 million and 300 thousand units) are available
and will arrive at healthcare institutions in July-September.

based on the results of the Demographic and Health Survey, mentioned the

3. Instruct all ministries and departments to:

4. The SUN Secretariat is instructed to submit to the Ministry of Health and Social
Protection a list of candidate specialists to participate in the International
Conference in the state of Rwanda, which will be held in November 2024. Term 10
days.
5. The SUN Secretariat should be directed to apply for project funding, including
to the World Bank, for the implementation of wheat flour fortification, including
the establishment of a Revolving Fund and an implementation team for this Fund.

6. Monitoring and evaluation of the “Multidisciplinary Plan for Improving
Nutrition in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025” should be regularly carried
out at the regional level in order to identify nutrition-related problems and
eliminate them.
