GENERAL RULES:
NO REGISTRATION FEE
All teams are expected to maintain a friendly competition with the other teams.
Player’s must be on the covered court 30 minutes before the game schedule, Failure to
Referee’s decision is the final decision not unless proven the call is unreasonable.
Misbehavior during the league will cost your team’s penalty. Penalty are as follows:
Players who are under the influence of liquor are not allowed to play.
Respect the organizers, respect the league, and respect the committee.
Each team will come up with a unique team name that must be submitted on or April 21
The Chairman on committee on sports shall have the exclusive power to interpret the
provisions of this IRR and shall be vested with the power to give sanctions to any player
In case a concern was raised and this IRR is silent into it, the chairman on committee on
sports shall have the discretion to decide on that matter, upon consultation with the SK
Council Adviser on matters which deems necessary to preserve and protect the integrity
of the event. Should there be any ambiguity encountered by any party, such should be

SPECIAL RULES:
TIME
o The games shall be of four (4) quarters with each quarter having:
First 3 quarters: 10 minutes to play, running time
4th quarter: 10 minutes to play, no running time
Each team must have different set of players in each of every quarter. During the last
quarter, the team captain is now eligible to pick the last set of players.
For FINALS, no running time will be applied and there shall be four (4) quarters with each
quarter having:
o First 3 quarters: 7 minutes to play
o 4th quarters: 10 minutes to play
OVERTIME
o Five minutes shall be granted in case of a tie in scores after the fourth quarter
time had passed out.
TIME-OUTS
o Per quarter- 2 calls; 30 seconds
OFFICIAL CALLS
o Referees are accountable and responsible for all official calls.
o Only the TEAM CAPTAIN who signed the list of participants may bring to the
officials’ table all concerns, clarification and complaints.
o A technical foul may be given to the team for unauthorized complaints by other
persons from the team.
o All players must respect referees’ decision any unrespectable complaints/actions
result to team default.

o The organizers have the final authority in all matters relating to the tournament,
including rule interpretation and dispute resolution.
Code of Conduct
o Participants are required to adhere to a code of conduct outlining expected
behavior, which may include rules against harassment, discrimination, or any
form of misconduct.
Equipment Requirements
o Players are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary
equipment (smartphones, chargers, extensions, data/wifi etc.) to participate in
matches.
o These rules and regulations aim to ensure fair play, organize the tournament
efficiently, and promote a positive gaming environment within the barangay
community.
