1 Work in pairs. Take part in an interview with a fashion designer. Read the information and prepare notes for both roles.
Student A: You are the interviewer. You present a podcast about popular street fashion worn by the young people in
your city. You want to ask about your guest’s career as a fashion designer. Make sure you follow up when your guest
mentions any interesting information. Look at Student B’s notes below to help you plan the questions you will ask.
Student B: You are a fashion designer. You care about the Earth and you love to make clothes out of recycled
materials. Your designs have become very popular recently, and they have appeared in several fashion shows and
magazines. Look at Student A’s notes above to help you predict the questions you will be asked.
