What is Systematic, it is methodical in procedure and plan, logical presented or formulated as a coherent
body od ideas or principles, and efficient effective in class.
Systematic Approach
It is a network of elements or parts different from each other but each one is special in the sense that each
performs a unique function for the life and effectiveness in the instructional system. It views the entire
educational program as a system with interrelated parts.

In the systematic approach the focus is teaching the learners. Identifies the needs, interest, and readiness
of learners. The teacher selects the appropriate teaching methods to be used. The appropriate learning
experiences and appropriate materials, equipment and facilities will also be selected.
The use of learning material, equipment and facilities necessitates assigning the personnel to assist the
teacher.
The teacher implements and utilizes planned instructions with the use of the service teaching method,
learning activities, and learning materials with the help of other personnel whose role has been defined by
the teacher.
Evaluating and examining if the objectives were attained or not. The result will be the basis or
improvement or revision or the are in need of remedial measure to improves learner’s performance and
attainment of instructional objectives.
