With reference to the above subject cited, the Karnataka State
Higher Education
Council and NSE Academyhave entered into a MoU on dt:-12th
July 2022 for conducting a
long - term intervention on Financial Education & Investment
Awareness for stude nts of
Universities/Colleges under the ambit of the KSHEC.
The University and NSE Academy desire to partner to
develop a strategic
relationship to achieve the Purpose which is to foster Financial
Education & Investment
Awar.~ness programme amon g the Students/Learners of the Unive
rsity.

/ Ille University and NSE Academy Signed the Memorandum of Understanding on

12th day of July of the year 2022 to implement the Program with
the Affiliated Colleges.
The KSHEC and BNU jointly organized a faculty training progr
am on 'Financial Education
& Investment Awareness Course' on 4th& 5th November 2022
for the faculty members of
affiliated colleges of BNU.
As per the agreement, after the enrolment of the Students in the
FE & IA program,
the University have to collect the Program fees from the stude
nts and remit it to the NSE
Academy. The Fee Details are mentioned below

1. The nominal fee of Rs. 150/-should be collected from each Stude

nt.

2. The SC / ST stude nts are exempted from paying
any fees for this Program.
3. This fee includes content fees, digital learning mate
rial, and assessment support,
access to digital platforms, recruitment exposure and
Certificate.

18. This MoA may be entered into in any number of counterparts and by the Parties to it in separate
counterparts each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all the
counterparts shall together constitute one and the same agreement. Through this MoA, the

Payment Terms

This a rrangement aims at ach ieving greater awareness on finance and related topics among youth of
Kamataka state. Considering this all the SC/ST stt1dents are exempted from paying any fees for this
Program .

1. The nominal fee of Rs. 150 plus GST will be collected from other Students. ~
2. This fee includes Content fees, digital learning material, assessment support, access to digital
platforms, recruitment exposure and Certificate.
3. University shall collect the Fees and remit to NSE Academy.
