1.1 PROJECT BACKGROUND

Project Location MSD (Medical store Department plot 94/1 & 94/2)
Accommodation: Construction Site

1.1 General Information

The building is Temperature Insulated Warehouse and Office Building to accommodate the
following

1. Open plan offices and washrooms


2. Ware houses storage area

The structural system consists of RC framed structure and Portal Frames including an Isowall
roof top. External works consist of paved area, walkway, soft landscape/greenery area and
boundary wall.

The Project Consists of the Following Works


 Site Clearance and Site Survey
 Completion of the main building
 Plumbing works & sanitary fittings
 Electrical works & Fire Fighting System
 Installation of basic facilities
 Finishing and Decorations
 Public Address System Installation

Site Health and Safety Monitoring

This section describes all necessary measures that are considered to ensure that the construction site is
relatively free from actual or potential hazard that might cause danger or injury.
