2. Environmental and Social Issues
2.1 Air pollution control measures
(a) Open fires are restricted on sites
(b) Using recycling options on used materials
(c) Using environment-friendly tools and materials.
2.2 Water pollution control measures.
(a) Monitoring and improving of water waste on site.
(b) Proper collection and treatment of any waste water that are being produced.
(c) Domestic water on site are directed to septic tanks.
2.3 Noise pollution control measures.
(a) All machines and plants are switched off when they are not in use.
(b) Employees are wearing the appropriate PPEs that prevent hearing loss during works e.g. ear plugs.
2.4 Waste management.
(a) Site is always kept clean, waste generated at site are all collected and isolation is done depending on
their nature and dumped at dumping area which is present at site.
(b) Recycling of recyclable waste and reuse of waste on other works.
2.5 Emergence preparedness and response.
(a) Firefighting/ fire extinguishers are available and properly maintained.
(b) There are clear escape routes for emergencies.
(c) Regularly provision of education and training for emergence response.
(d) Present of first aid kit.
(e) All accidents/incidents are reported reviewed and corrective and preventive identified and recorded.
3. Health and Safety Issues
3.1 Sanitary facilities maintenance
(a) Keeping all available sanitary facilities in hygienic conditions such as toilets, canteens are kept in a good
hygienic condition.
(b) Providing of safe and clean drinking water at site.
3.2 Machine, equipment and electrical main switches
All machines, equipment and electrical main switches are checked after every week to ensure they are safe
for use.

5. Incident of Accident and Challenges
5.1 No incidence of accident.
5.2 Training concerning all aspects of safety issues at site is ongoing.
5.3 Main challenge is to continuously remind workers to be aware of safe issues and using PPE’s provided.
