Dear Jacquez Boston,

Welcome to Concentrix! On behalf of Concentrix, Inc , I would like to express our excitement in having you join us in
the position of Supervisor. This document serves as your formal offer of employment and supersedes any and all
previous offers. Please review the terms and conditions below and contact Barbara Fowler with any questions.

Compensation:
You will be paid USD $32.34 per hour during training and USD $32.34/Hr. per hour upon the completion of training
as you move into production. Your wages will be payable twice monthly in accordance with the Company’s standard
payroll practices and policies and will be subject to applicable taxes and withholdings as required or permitted by law
(including insurance premiums for benefits, as applicable). All work performed between the 1st of the month and the
15th of the month will be paid on the 22nd of the month. All work performed between the 16th of the month and end
of the month will be paid on the 7th of the following month.

Effective Date:
As discussed, your anticipated start date is July 01, 2024 (“Start Date”).

Benefits:
Beginning on your Start Date, you will be eligible to accrue paid time off (“PTO”) at the rate specified by the
Company’s current PTO policies. As a Concentrix employee, you will have access to a group health insurance plan
effective on the first of the month following the Start Date, unless your Start Date is on the first of a month, in which
case you will have access effective on the Start Date. The specific details can be obtained from the Concentrix human
resources department based on your individual situation. You will also be eligible for individual disability and whole
life though UNUM, and Section 401(k) plan participation with a company matching component (all subject to plan
qualifications, employee contributions, and conditions), the specific details of which can also be obtained from the
Concentrix human resources department based on your individual situation.

At-Will Employment:
Your employment with Concentrix will be and at all times shall remain “at-will”. This means your employment may be
terminated or you may choose to leave your employment at any time with or without cause, and with or without
prior notice. This letter shall not be considered a contract of employment for any specific term, and it does not create
an express or implied contract of employment. Nothing in this letter changes the at-will nature of your employment,
which can only be changed in writing, signed by the Company’s CEO.

Work-at-Home
As a Concentrix employee, you are required to personally perform your own job duties and you are prohibited from
subcontracting with anyone else to perform them. You are expected to perform your job duties in your private
residence located at your home address on record with the Company. In the event your home address changes, you
must promptly notify your supervisor and update your employment records. As an at-home worker, in order to
maintain continuous employment with the Company, you will be required to notify and receive approval from the
Corporate Human Resources department prior to relocating to another state.

Offer Contingent on Required Documents and Verification:


As a condition of this offer of employment, you will be required to truthfully and accurately complete, sign, and
return the following to Concentrix prior to the Start Date:

Additionally, this offer of employment is contingent on verification of information included in your application of
employment, proof of your legal right to work in the U.S., successful results from applicable background and/or credit
screening and drug screening tests, if required, and completion and return of new hire documents.

During your onboarding experience, you will have a dedicated CARE team that will support your onboarding needs
related to the following components:

o Tech Check
o General questions/needs

Consent to Call Monitoring:


I understand and agree that part of my duties will require assisting customers of our clients via telephone and/or
chat/email and that these customer assistance interactions will be recorded and/or monitored for quality assurance.

Consent to Electronic Signatures:


I understand and agree that I will execute Concentrix employment-related documents with an electronic signature, as
the situation may arise.

Employees residing in Alaska, California and Nevada ONLY:


Employees that live in Alaska, California and Nevada will be paid overtime pay at one and a half times (1.5x) their
hourly wage for time worked in excess of eight (8) hours in a single calendar day. Overtime wages are calculated and
paid according to legal requirements for each state. Overtime must be approved by a member of management prior
to working overtime. Your rate of overtime pay is $48.51 per hour. Employees in all other US states (except Alaska,
California and Nevada) will be paid overtime at one and a half times (1.5x) their hourly wage for time worked in
excess of forty (40) hours in a week. Work weeks begin on Sunday and end on Saturday. Overtime wages are
calculated and paid according to legal requirements for each state. Overtime must be approved by a member of
management prior to working overtime. Your rate of overtime pay is $48.51 per hour.

Although subject to change at Concentrix’s discretion based on operational needs and other considerations, your
training, nesting, and production schedules will be as follows:
