    Restaurant Owner, Jacob Replogle

    Brookfield, Wi- June 28, 2024 - I, Jacob Replogle, the owner of Steakhouse "Jake's Restaurant," want to
    address the issue of paychecks publicly and to apologize publicly to the staff who have been affected. The
    root of the cause of the financial strain and resulting in cash shortages were due to inappropriate
    accounting and cash management practices.

    I deeply regret and take full responsibility for the situation and understand that these unauthorized actions
    by the individuals have caused severe financial strain on the restaurant's operations. At this moment in time
    I am rectifying the situation and will resume operations next week.

    I am heartbroken by the impact this has had on my dedicated team, who work tirelessly to uphold the
    quality and reputation of Jakes Restaurant. I've taken immediate steps to address this issue and will be
    contacting the authorities to get their help in investigating the matter further."

    Thank you to the community for your support and vow to rebuild trust and transparency in the management
    of the business moving forward. I ensure all my commitment to maintaining the integrity and values upon
    which Jake's Restaurant was built.
