Grievance Description : The caller from Kanthi reported that he joined Night Star Security Service Private Limited (Location: 18/13/3 Uttar
Bhabanipur, P.O. Kalyani, District: Nadia, Pin Code: 741235) as a security guard on January 15, 2023. He applied for leave
due to physical illness on July 7, 2023, which was submitted to the side incharge, Tara Sankar Bhowmik. Five days later, when
the caller went to the office, the person in charge informed him that someone else had been hired in his place and he could not
be reinstated at the moment. The person in charge assured the caller that he would arrange another job for him, but so far, no
arrangements have been made. Currently, the caller is working for another private company. The caller also mentioned that he
worked from July 1, 2023, to July 6, 2023, but has not been paid for those days. The caller does not have an employment ID,
