Course Title: Human Behavior in Organizations

Course Description: This course explores the principles and theories of human behavior
in organizations. It focuses on understanding individual and group behavior, motivation,
leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational culture. Emphasis is
placed on applying theoretical concepts to real-world organizational settings.

Course Objectives:
