MyGate Installation Manual
Introduction
Dear PHF Residents & Owners,
Request you to kindly refer below procedure to Install MyGate Application on your mobile and process to enrol
flat members. Kindly note that the application is not yet LIVE and is now opened for PHF Residents & Owners
only to get onboarded onto the app. The App is expected to be LIVE for PHF from 01st July 2024 tentatively.
We will update later if there are any changes to this date. Meanwhile our existing PHF APP will continue to be
used as before for all society related functions.
Installation
Download the MyGate application on your smartphone to enhance living experience in our community.
To begin using the MyGate User app, download their user application using the following links:

Some Residents have already submitted their applications; however, they will be rejected if any discrepancies
are noticed.
Important Points:
b. Owners after Approval by the Admins can invite Family members within the app, we have
restricted the number of family members who can be added to a flat to 4, for any additional
member addition please reach out to MyGate Directors as of now. There is no scope of having
different count based on Flat type hence a decent number 4 has been chosen.
4. Rental Agreement is Mandatory for Tenants to Sign-Up:
a. Tenants are requested to upload the Rental Agreement pages showing their names, rental
tenure, and Flat Number.
b. Tenant registration has been disabled, which means Tenants cannot add other flat members
on their own. Hence, Each Tenant must sign-up individually.
c. Tenants whose name doesn’t show on Rental deed should attach an e-mail copy from the
Owner authenticating addition of additional member.

d. Owners are requested to inform the admins when the Tenants vacate the flat. Move-In/move-
out is a part of MyGate, and the same will be deliberated in coming days.

Approval
Approval might take some time, please sign-up and wait before reaching out to Directors.
Vehicle Registration
1. We request all residents to Upload Parking Allotment letter as a photo while adding your vehicle.
2. Each flat can accommodate only two 2-Wheeler Vehicles and One 4-Wheeler Vehicle.
a. Additional 4-Wheeler Vehicle Registration will be possible after a complete list of flats, which
have multiple parking spaces by default, and Owners who purchased additional Parking, is
submitted by Board to the MyGate Team. The Board of Directors shall submit the list after
collecting it from CRM.
3. We Request Owners who have purchased additional Parking spaces to keep Allotment letter handy.
Payment Gateway
We can integrate CAM, Elnet and Fine Payment, however we shall deliberate on this in coming days.
Amenities
Amenities are not yet listed in the App.
Complaints
Please use PHF app only for raising any Complaints.
Transition
PHF App will still be the main and Functional Society App. The Board shall inform the exact Date of
Switch to MyGate in the coming days.

Help Desk
The Board of Directors is planning to have a dedicated kiosk to answer questions and help resident’s sign-up
into the app. The Exact dates of kiosk will be shared soon.
Swiggy/Zomato
MyGate has Integration with several e-commerce sites such as Swiggy/Zomato. Residents will get approval
notification as soon as the order is picked. This helps in faster delivery and smaller waiting lines.
Note
We are in initial phase of set up, there will be many changes which will be coming up, the same shall be
shared with all residents in a phased manner.
