This internship was a great deal of opportunity for me to observe and learn the activities performed in
the banking sector. I got familiarized with the work of an organization which made me more clearly
about the academic knowledge that I’m getting. So, I would firstly like to extend my sincere gratitude
to Tribhuvan University for designing internship program as requirement for the partial fulfillment of
Bachelors in Business Management.
My warm thanks goes to Mr. Harish Chandra Bhatta (Branch Manager, Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited,
Dhangadhi Branch), Mr. Trichandra Bhandari (Assistant manager/Operation In-charge, RBB), Mrs.
Sashi Kumari Chand (Credit officer, Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited) and all the staffs for granting me
an opportunity to do my internship program at Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited that provided me an
opportunity to learn about the professional world.
I convey my sincere thanks to Mr.Ravi Kanu Gupta, Mr. Raju Dev Chaudhary and Mr. Nirmal Khanal
for his continuous supervision, suggestion and guidelines throughout the preparation of this report as
