Tangent Flex - User Guide

Important: pTron ‘Tangent Flex’ is set at 50% default volume. You can increase the volume through the or through
the connected device.

Button Function:
Button Use Picture

i. Long press power on/off & for next song

+ ii. Double press for play/pause & answer call or call hang up

iii. Single press for volume increase

i. Long press for previous song

ii. Double press for play/pause & answer call or call hang up

iii. Single press for volume decrease

iv. Press three time for redial last number

Charging the Neckband


i. Connect the provided USB type-C charging cable to the neckbands charging port and connect the other end of
the cable to a 5V/1A USB power source
ii. Plug the USB connector of the cable into a USB 5V/1A power source.
iii. The indicator light will blink red while the neckband is getting charged. Depending on the power delivered to
the charging case, the charging case will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hour to completely charge.
iv. The indicator light will turn red to blue when the neckband is fully charged.

Power on/Off
i. To power on: Press and hold the”+” button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes.
ii. To power off: Press and hold the”+” button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device


i. Make sure the neckband is Turn on and in pairing mode (LED indicator flashing).
ii. On your Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
iii. Select "pTron BT" from the list of available devices to pair.
iv. Once paired successfully, the LED indicator will stop flashing.

Using the Neckband


Music Playback
i. Play/Pause: Press the “+” or “-” button two times.
ii. Next Track: Press and hold the “+” button for 2 seconds.
iii. Previous Track: Press and hold the “-” button for 2 seconds

Adjusting Volume
i. Increase Volume: Press the "+" button.
ii. Decrease Volume: Press the "-" button.

Taking Calls
Answer/End Call: Press two time “+” or “-” button.
Redial Last Number: Press three time “-” button.

Charging Status
Battery Low: The LED indicator will flash red.
Charging: The LED indicator will blink red.
Fully Charged: The LED indicator will turn blue.

Safety Precautions:-
 Keep the device out of extreme heat and humidity.
 Play time may vary depending on personal habits,
 Using incompatible USB cable or high voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product
 warranty. We strongly recommend using a good quality DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the
package.
 Please don't over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of battery.
 Read all warnings on the product and in the operating instructions.
 It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect hearing and extend
the ear-buds’ service life.
 Please don’t open/temper the product or product’s battery.
 Please keep the product out of children’s reach.
 Stop using this product immediately if it causes discomfort or pain.
 Dispose the product responsibly and adhere to your local authority guidelines.
