Advertisement to contract with Conversation English Trainer

Arche noVa announces its desire to contract with Conversation English Trainer per the
procedures and rules of general competitions with service contract

The ideal candidate will meet the following conditions:

• proficiency in English conversation.


• Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably to NGOs
staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and
preferences.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
• Commitment to the time and dates of sessions as well as delivering all the
requested documents by HR.

The English Conversation Trainer will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering English language training sessions tailored to the specific
needs and proficiency levels of NES staff.
• Developing engaging and interactive lesson plans and materials focused on
improving conversational skills, emailing skills, vocabulary, pronunciation, and
fluency.
• Conduct regular group training sessions after categorizing the staff based on their
English language level.
• Assessing participants' progress through regular documented tests (written and
verbal) and providing constructive feedback to HR Co to support continuous
improvement.
• Incorporating relevant cultural contexts and real-life scenarios into the training
sessions to enhance comprehension and communication skills.
• Collaborating with HR to identify training needs and customize training programs
accordingly.
• Monitoring attendance and participation of staff in training sessions and
maintaining accurate records.

Deliverables:

The English Conversation Trainer is expected to deliver,

• Well-structured and engaging training sessions tailored to the needs of NES staff.
• Comprehensive lesson plans and materials for each session should be delivered
to HR Co.
• Pre-assessment for the English conversation capacity of participants before the
first session to categorize the participants into levels and deliver this assessment
to HR for training records.
• monthly progress reports on participants' performance and areas for improvement.
• Results and scores of participants for every tests.

Timeline

• The deliverables are expected to be completed within period about (9) months from
the contract's commencement, with specific milestones outlined in the work plan.

payments

Arche noVa will pay $10 for each training session, noting that the duration of the session
will be approximately one hour, and there may be two sessions per day.
