1. language selection
Click the symbol ① in the software menu bar to select the display language of the software
interface.
2. Tools
Click the "Tools" menu (marked ②) in the software menu bar to open the inverse delay
calculation tool.
Using this tool, you can easily calculate the relevant parameters of the over current reverse
delay.
Over current: The over current protection value set by the controller(Over current = rated
phase current × over current alarm percentage)
Actual current: The actual load current of the generator.
Time constant :The inverse time over current delay time constant set by the controller.
Alarm delay: The calculated controller's actual over-current protection shutdown delay time.
Example 1: Calculate the actual alarm delay time
As shown in the left figure below, the over current alarm protection value set by the controller
is 300A, and the inverse time constant is set to 0.5. When the actual load current of the generator
is 350A, the alarm delay time is 18 seconds.
As shown in the right figure below, the over current alarm protection value set by the
controller is 300A, and the inverse time limit constant is set to 0.5. When the actual load current of
the generator is 400A, the alarm delay time is 4 seconds.
