‭Vitamin K2, during her pregnancy, changes occur in the‬
‭morphology of the mouse's face during development.‬

‭ imilarly, in humans, during the embryonic stage, proteins‬

‭that rely on this Vitamin K2 are concentrated in the septum‬
‭of the nose to help guide the face anteriorly and laterally.‬
I‭ f K2 is deficient, this results in premature ossification and‬
‭incorrect development of the maxillary bones, which are‬
‭crucial for facial symmetry and, consequently, Vitamin K2‬
‭and Vitamin D3 work hand in hand to remodel the bone‬
‭structure.‬

‭ ut vitamin A does much more than just keep your skin‬

‭healthy and your eyesight healthy; it also plays a role in the‬
‭expression of our DNA's phenotype, or all the‬
‭characteristics we can see from our genetic makeup and‬
‭what will be visible to the outside world.‬

I‭ n other words, less vitamin A means worse expression of‬

‭E means more difficulty repairing a tissue when it has to‬

‭6) IMPROVING NECK POSTURE‬

‭ o improve your neck posture simply‬

‭do chin tucks, making a double chin and hold it for 2‬
‭seconds that's like 1 rep.‬

‭ o 3 sets of these for 20-30 reps. Over time your neck‬

‭posture will improve resulting in a more symmetrical face.‬

‭Your eyebrows are one of the worst things to ignore.‬

‭Anything that isn't round or in a zig zag shape is ideal.‬
