ADVERTISEMENT
The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites online application from the
Citizens of India for filling up of 0l (one) post of Assistant System Manager (Group- 'B') (Non-
Gazetted) under the Deparlnent of Election, Government of Arunachal Pradesh in the Pay Matrix in
Level-6 ({ 35,4001- to 1,12,4001-) as admissible under rule. The details of vacancy position and
reservation olpost are given below:

(A) HOW TO APPLY

(I ) Before filling the Online Application Form for the post advertised, a candidate must
mandatorily register for ONE TIME REGISTRATION (OTR).

(2) Those who have already registered in OTR need not register again and they can directly login
to fill up online form using the same user ID and password.

(3) Candidates are required to apply online on l[tps: aprrsc gor.rr. Detailed instructions for One
Time Registration (OTR) and Online Application are available on the APPSC website
htt )s://a SC O\r.ln . The applicants are advised to submit only single application, however, if
due to any unavoidable situation, he/she submits another/multiple applications, the application
with the highest Registration ID (RID) will be accepted by the Commission. Therefore, the
highest RID application should be complete in all respects. The fee paid against one RID shall
not be adjusted egrinst any other RID.

(4) Applicants in Government Service should also apply directly on the APPSC website. Such
applicants have to upload a copy of intimation submitted to their respective Heads of
Departrnent or NOC issued by the department.

NOTE: The online application submission link shall be active from 1700 hours on 25.07.2024
till last date of submission i.e before 1700 hours oa 24.08.2024 on the APPSC website.

(B) EDUCATIONALQUALIFICATION

B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science/Computer Application/lnformation Technology/Electronrcs


& Communications or M.Sc in Electronic/Electonics & Communications/Electronic &
lnstrumentation/Computer Science/lnformation Technology/Computer Applications or MCA
from a recognized University or Institution.

NOTE: Candidates who have appeared in the Final Year Examination of the Qualifring
Degree are also eligible to apply However, their candidatrue will finally be accepted on
production of proof of having passed the qualifying examination in original on or before the
date of interview so fixed by the Commission failing which they will not be allowed to appear
in the Interview/Viva Voce.

(C) AGE LIMIT


Not exceeding 35 years as on 24.08.2024. However, the upper age limit is relaxable in
accordance with the notificatiorl/orders issued by the Govemment of Arunachal Pradesh from
time to time.

(D) METHOD OF SELECTION

The eligible candidate will have to appear in written examination in the following subjecs
followed by Viva-Voce to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission
(APPSC) in accordance with the "Assistant System Manager (Group-'B') (Non-Gazetted)
Recruitment Rule, 201 8":

1. General English - 100 Marks


2. General Knowledge - 50 Marks
3. Optional/Technical Subject - 200 marks
4. Computerapplication - 100 Marks
(Practical programmingAVeb design, etc.)
5. Viva-voce - 50 Marks

(E) SCAI{NED DOCUMENTS AI{D INFORMATION TO BE UPLOADED

(l) Signature ofthe candidate on white paper with black ink pen (40-50 kb in jpg format).

(2) Latest/Recent color passport size photo (40-100 kb in jpg format). The photograph is to be in
white background, front faced and without headgear and sunglasses.

(3) Self-Auested photocopy of Degree/Post Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma certificates and


Mark Sheets issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice-
Chancellor of the concemed University to ascertain degree.

(4) Self-Attested photocopy of Matriculation Certificate for proof of age issued by the Board only
will be accepted.

(5) Self-Attested Photocopy of APST certificate.

(6) Person with Disability (PwD) candidates should submit disability certificate issued by the
certifring authority as per Section 57 of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

(F) APPLICATION FEE

(l) Candidates are required to pay fee of {1501 (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) only for APST
candidate.

(2) PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee as per Section 19 of the
Arunachal Pradesh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018.

(c) LAST DATE FOR SUBMTSSION OF APPLICATION:24.08.2024 (1700 Hours)

NOTE:

(1) The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of candidate for admission to
interview or selection will be final and no correspondence or personal enquiry will be
entertained-
(2) Date for the Written Examinationflnterview of the eligible candidates will be notified
separately.
(3) Eligible candidates will have to produce the above-mentioned (at Point E)
Certificates/Documents and Mark Sheets in original at the time of interview, failing which
helshe will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
(4) The Selection will be provisional and subject to verification of requisite documentV
qualifications by the indenting department.
(5) In case of PwD candidates, the selection process will be as per the Rights of Persons with
Disabilities Act, 2016 and Arunachal Pradesh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018
as amended from time to time.
(6) In case, there are large number of applicants, the Commission if deemed nece ssary, may
conduct Recruitment Test, the details of which will be notified separately.
