Goals
To produce graduates who can contribute to the needs of the province for a sustainable
development consistent with the cultural values and aspirations of the Kalinga people.
OBJECTIVES
Generally, the program aims to provide relevant and quality education in agriculture for
the poor and underserved but deserving students in the area.
Specifically, it aims:
A. To adequately train students in the scientific habit of thought and prepare them to
become professionals with entry level competence in technical agriculture; and
B. To train students in identifying, diagnosing and analysing problems as well as in
generating, packaging and applying appropriate technologies needed in
enhancing the development of upland agriculture and of system resource.
