Scope of work : Supply of GRP Pipes & Fittings.

Smithline GRP Pipes & Fittings are designed with design life of 50 years. GRP pipeline, which is designed,
installed, operated, and maintained as per applicable international standards and as per Project
Specifications, shall perform satisfactorily to full design life.

We hereby certify that GRP Pipes and fittings, supplied corresponding to the above-mentioned LPO Nos are
designed, manufactured & tested in accordance with contractual specifications and found satisfactory to all
the requirements.

Our Limited WARRANTY for the above-mentioned item is as follows:

1. For defects due to manufacturing process of GRP products related to the above order.
2. The defective item when it is proved under the above point no.1, our liability is limited to the
following:
2.1) Defective product will be rectified when it is in within the repairable condition.
2.2) When the defective product is beyond rectification, a new product will be supplied at free of cost.

3. At the time of receipt of products by the client / client representative, the products shall be checked
by the client / client representative for any handling / transportation damages, and if any, shall be
reported to SMITHLINE immediately. Thereafter, SMITHLINE shall not be held responsible for any
handling damages and subsequent failure(s) of the product due to that.

4. SMITHLINE shall not be held responsible for any defects or failures due to improper field installation
/ field testing / commissioning and abuse of product beyond its intended purpose(s).

With the above conditions our Limited WARRANTY is valid for a maximum period of 2 years starting from
the date of receipt by the client.
