    Subject: ADDITIONAL TEMPORARY REQUIRMENT IN THE CRTITICAL SECTIONS

    It is recalled that an agreement of subcontract has been made Between ARC Resources Corporation LTD
    and JMG construction and General Trading Co.LTD on Wau-Kaujok-Gogrial highway network (Bahr EL
    Ghazal Highway Network)

    The work order which was given to our company on 21march, 2021 to start bush clearing and grubbing,
    embankment fill and subgrade. In regarding to the subject mentioned above we have several sections
    which needs additional culverts. As per the rain season happened in 2022 those mentioned below sections
    was the critical one which has flood overflowing through the carriage way. We communicated with Eng.
    garang to identify the sections which require culvert and installed in the coming dry season.

    We need ARC Survey team and supervisors to check the sections and give us the culvert to avoid
    additional damage for the coming year’s .we requested your esteemed corporation (ARC) to check whole
    section of the carriageway and give us a quick feedback.
